How many tapes can I transfer?There’s no minimum or maximum. Whether you have one tape or a large box of them, we can help Pricing is based on the number and type of tapes.
What format will my tapes be in when the transfer is completed?Your videos will be transferred to a modern digital format that’s easy to watch, share and store. Options include USB drives or downloadable files — we’ll discuss what works best for you before we start.
Can I have my tapes back?Yes, absolutely. If required we all original tapes are carefully returned to you along with your digital files.
Will my tapes be safe?Yes. Your tapes are handled with care at every stage of the process. We treat all media as irreplaceable and take privacy and security seriously.
